Managing Conflict for Leaders and Teams
“Welcome those big, sticky, complicated problems! In them are your greatest opportunities.”
- Ralph Marston
“Conflict” - It’s Not a Four-Letter Word!
Conflict is inevitable. We have all experienced the serious, many-faceted downsides of ineffective conflict, yet conflict does not have to be negative. What if you and your team could engage conflict in ways that do not leave a residue of negativity? What if the way you engaged in conflict generated a sense of individual and collective understanding that actually helped you make better decisions and get better results?
