Leadership Coaching Progam (12 months)
- Comprehensive client intake
- Complete The Leadership Circle Profile (360 degree feedback report) and other on-line leadership assessments
- Customized coaching program with assignments, articles, books, and other coaching resources that support the coaching objectives
- Twice monthly in-person or telephone coaching sessions up to 90 minutes
- Follow-up after the coaching sessions
- Email and phone support between sessions
- Assignments, articles, books, and other coaching resources that support the coaching objectives
- Complete The Leadership Circle Profile (360 degree feedback report) again at the end of twelve months
Onsite Observation and Summary
- Observation of client in workplace setting
- Coaching as relevant and requested during onsite time
- Written summary of key themes and opportunities
Leadership Development Intensive
- Private full-day workshop
- Activities customized according to client interests and needs
- Somatic exercises, exploration of leadership learning edges, field trips relevant to coaching program work, live assessments during chosen activities (in the community and/or with others), etc
- Client and coach partner in shaping LDI experience
