She brings strategic insight, passionate commitment and pragmatic methods to every project.
Beginning in clinical health care, she served as Chief Cardiac Transplant Coordinator at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center. In 1990, she joined a biotech division of Johnson & Johnson and served as an immunobiology product specialist, trainer for national and international affiliates and manager for immunobiology teams in more than half the geographic United States. In 2002, with an ever-evolving curiosity and focus on "what creates excellence in leadership, on teams and in organizations" she retooled and retrained to live her vision of coaching and consulting leaders and teams both within and outside of healthcare. Since that time, she has provided leadership coaching to physicians, CEO’s, VPs, executive directors, and managers across sectors.
A sampling of recent organizational projects include: facilitating the development of a shared vision and strategic initiatives with a Fortune 100 company and multi-national vendors (Microsoft Latam, Atento and Sykes); engaging a large healthcare institution in a whole-system strategic planning process (Huntsman Cancer Institute); and engaging hundreds of physician leaders in a process to build collaborative leadership (American Medical Association, Presidents’ Forum).

She holds degrees in nursing and communications, is a Certified Integral Coach, Integrative Movement Coach, Certified in the Leadership Circle Assessment Tools and Workshops and The Grove Principles of Facilitation.
