Meet Ruben Perczek
Ruben brings expertise in performance, positive psychology and integral awareness to organizations and corporations interested in building high performing leaders and teams. Born in Colombia and fluent in Spanish, his strong academic background and real-world pragmatic awareness of human nature provide a strong foundation for leading positive individual and organizational change.
Ruben achieved an exceptional level of mastery in tennis as a young athlete that afforded him an early and embodied understanding of "human potential." In his consulting and coaching work he is committed to supporting individuals and teams expand their perspectives and tap into their highest potential.
He works with Fortune 500 businesses and individual sports professionals. His recent organizational clients have included Ricoh Latin America, Discovery Networks, Imagine Miami, Layetana Developments in Europe, The Shambhala Institute for Authentic Leadership, and the Office for Government Innovation in Mexico.
Ruben holds a doctorate in psychology from the University of Miami, a post-doctoral fellowship from Stanford University School of Medicine, is certified as an Integral Coach, and also certified through the Values Centre and The Leadership Circle.
A passionate and dedicated thinker and communicator, Ruben has authored numerous general public and peer-reviewed articles in recognized publications such as Tiempos del Mundo, Diners magazine, American Express Expressions magazine, and several academic peer-reviewed journals. He has been a recognized speaker at national and international leadership conferences.
Ruben lives in Miami, Florida with his wife Susanna and children Sylvana and Juliano. Besides savoring time with family, he still enjoys playing a few rounds of tennis.
